The Gravitas Masterclass is an advanced leadership communication programme, typically over 2 consecutive days for groups of up to 6 executives. It is used when a team, a virtual team or a group of executives have shared or similar business issues, and is designed to reduce risk in development and implementation of complex operational change by analysing the leadership dynamics of the situation, and providing strategies and techniques for the team and the individuals to implement a plan successfully.
The Masterclass is custom-built around a client-supplied business case within the Gravitas leadership development architectures.
The dynamics of the selected operational issue are addressed from a range of communication perspectives, resulting in an executive team developing a clear and purposeful plan, and having the executive and leadership skills to implement that plan.
The Masterclass includes a significant component of one-to-one work to develop individual leadership attributes and skills.
