The Client: 
A Strategic Health Authority

The Issue: 
A very large organisation was being dissolved and replaced.  Staff at all levels were concerned about their future and morale was low.

The Requirement:
The Board engaged Gravitas to work at senior and mid-management levels to support and position staff for the new organisation.  They wanted concern to be replaced with anticipation of new opportunities.

The Solution:
After discussion, Gravitas designed a Transformer programme.  We helped our client articulate a clear set of messages and developed the senior team to enable them to deliver the key messages effectively.

We put together a series of events at which staff could express themselves using innovative techniques such as visualisation, and arranged senior guest speaker support from industry and non-governmental organisations.


The Outcome:


This helped staff  prepare themselves for the changes ahead as they felt more in control of their situation and more supported by the organisation and their colleagues.

We developed teams in understanding how to create a “cause” and rally people around it even in difficult situations.

We provided individual support and coaching to key executives who had to design and lead new structures and organisations.

At the end of the Transformer programme the organisation was motivated and prepared to embrace change and the new structure was successfully implemented.

The Issue

To grow successfully, this $2billion practice needed its partners to be comfortable dealing as "most trusted advisor" to the 'C' suite of its global clients.

The Requirment

The managing partner of the firm engaged Gravitas to architected for its senior partner development stratergy and to kick start the activity with a Leadership Positing Masterclass for selected senior partners.

The Solution

Following a series of qualitive research consultations, the architecture for the partner development programme was constructed and detailed design for the Masterclass created.

Large numbers of partners have already attended the Gravitas Leadership Positioning Masterclass are going, and considerable momentum so the "Consulting Brand" ***

Starting in the United States, the Masterclass has now been adjusted for delivery around the world .

Senior Partners who have attended Gravitias Acclerator are more comfortable with the 'C' Suite, and as a result more business is being *??**
