After discussion with the client we recommended our “Ascendant” programme over a 4 month period.
The Outcome:
During the programme the client started to understand where her competence gaps were. Her Gravitas Director gave her an awareness of her impact on others and how she could start to take control of her environment.
With this guidance she started to develop and adopt a set of leadership behaviours that were both natural to her and consistent with the requirements for a Senior Director.
Within six months of her Ascendant programme she had achieved promotion to Director and excelled as a leader acknowledged by peers, the Board and the organisation’s most important customers.
