Richard is the founder and Chairman of Gravitas. His interest and expertise in leadership and organisational development follows a corporate career spanning 25 years of experience at Board level. He founded Gravitas in 1983 and is continually developing the methodologies used by the company.
Specialising in the leadership of 'C' Suite transformation programmes, he has extensive experience of integrating new organisations following mergers, IPO and acquisition and he has personally guided and mentored over 3,000 executives in his career.

Andrea joined the Gravitas team after 29 years in corporate industry, with a career spanning strategy, board development and operations management, where she had a significant impact in the Change Management strategies she led.
She is now instrumental in the design of pan-organisational cultural change programmes, at the architectural, programme design and executional leadership levels for large organisations, and is also a specialist management coach supporting senior executives in the organisations she serves.
